Sunflower Chickpea Sandwich
Chickpeas, sunflower seeds and red onion tossed in an egg-free mayonnaise mix, topped with rocket leaves and fresh tomato slices served on granary brown bread.
Veggie Special Sandwich – just ask for vegan cheese instead of feta
Roasted Mediterranean vegetables, feta cheese (can be removed and vegan requested), rocket leaves and Ballymaloe Country Relish served on a rustic ciabatta.
Vegan Scone
We are famous for our scones so developing a vegan alternative was always at the top of our list. This raspberry and coconut flavour is proving very popular with vegans and non-vegans alike – and don’t forget to ask for our vegan cream!
